How to book our service

Booking can be requested 24 hours but is monitored between the following times ;
Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm 
You can request a callback to book by emailing us at info@wilthomhealthcare.co.uk or sending a contact message through the webpage or a PM via the facebook page. Please remember to add your full name and contact number with best day/time to call you back. Callbacks will only be done within our working hours.
Messages/emails outwith these times may be responded to but also may not be actioned until the following day's working hours.
All appointments will be booked after speaking with one of our team. We feel doing it this way ensures you get the appropriate service for your needs .

Please note full payment is required at time of booking. We accept bank transfer, online payment links, paypal(additional fee). Just let us know what would suit you best.  
Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours notice or not available when we attend then no fee will be refunded .
Cancellation of less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours 50% of the fee will be returned. 
Cancellation of more than 48 hours 75% of the  fee will be returned. 
We do not issue full refunds unless we have cancelled your appointment. Should you or we need to cancel we will do our utmost to reschedule as soon as possible.
